Friends Here is a non painful and easy way to lose weight..after all Its not what you have eat but how you eat.

CHEW MORE-Studies shows chewing make u to consume less calories and it gives brain more time to receive signals from the stomach that is full.Try chewing food for 30 to 50 minutes per mouthful.

DONT SKIP BREAKFAST - No matter how late you are at morning , dont miss breakfast.There is a reason because when u skip, u feel hungry till the time of lunch and it leads to over eating or may be the selection of foods that is not good for ur healths. Avoiding breakfast slows down your metabolism

CONCENTRATE ON YOUR FOOD- Just pay attention to what we eat and how much...because on  multitasking our brain lose its focus and we may eat more or less..

DONT OVERCOOK YOUR MEALS - Over cooking food kills or reduces the nutrients and loss of it will lead to food cravings.To fight with this eat raw foods like salads.Importantly Avoid Microwaving

FRUITS BEFORE MEALS -Eating Fruit before heavy meal will digest the food easily and eating it on empty stomach detoxifies your system and supplies a lot of energy to us.

SMALLER MEALS - Ideally you should eat 5 or 6 times with the break of 2 -3 hours of break for each meal or snack.It mainly improves Metabolism.....But don't use this rule as an excuse to overeat.

Dont Eat After 8 pm- Its good to eat your last meal before 8 in the evening.If u are hard to resist , try some Herbal tea after dinner immediately to switch your mind off from idea of eating.


THINK AND DRINK- While everyone knows Its necessary to drink atleasr  8-10 glasses of water, and one should consume it.If you drink water in between meals , the liquid slows down your digestion , as well the nutrients in the stomach will not be absorbed.To avoid this drink water before or after 15 minutes of Meal.
