How to make a Chocolate at Home

Hi friends.I am going to tell about how to make an chocolate, its very easy to make.Now a days we are going for shops and malls for buying chocolates which are high priced.So learn how to make chocolate in home , and serve your children whenever they need for it.

INGREDIENTS-

1. 2 Cups COCOA Powder
2. 3/4 Cup Butter
3. 1/2 Cup Sugar
4. 2/3 Cup Milk
5. 1/4 Teaspoon Plain Flour
6. 1/4 Cup powdered Sugar
7. 1 Cup Water

Procedure

• Place Cocoa and Butter in the Processor .
• Mix them and make a smooth Paste of them
• Now fill the pan with the required ( normally 1/4 cup ) of Water
• Then Place the Bowl on the top of Water
• Take the chocolate paste in the bowl and then heat it Until it becomes Hot
• Put the Mixture again in the Processor And Smoothly mix it
• Then Warm the Milk at Room Temperature
• Add sugar, Flour and Milk to the Paste and Mix Well
• Pour the Mixture In the Molds and place in it in the Fridge till they become hard
• Now take the pieces away ........
• Serve to your kids and family
