Standing so close to your PC is harmful.So let us arrange yourself to a Safe and relative position from your monitor.If you cannot read clearly at 20 inches from you , you should visit one of the doctors or adjust the font of the PC where you can able to read
2 .Leave CRT GO LCD
I do not know still some people are using CRT monitors..believe me it has more adverse effects on the Eyes.In general; LCD has less harm to our eyes.So if you still had an CRT better to replace or keep an ANTI-GLARE filter to it.
3 .Adjust Monitor Settings Properly
In general so less people are using the monitor settings for their needs.Just adjust the settings that gives your eyes less strain.Now a days all PC are coming with user enabled features for display .
4. Take frequent Breaks
Taking break will help in fighting back the strain and for an hour atleast take an 5 minutes break.Just walk or look out the window in this time.
5 .Get glasses of anti reflective lens coating
Although so many people thinks it is a waste of bucks, it is more helpful to our eye sight.It automatically reduces the eye glare.It is a very useful option even though its worth more than one penny.
