1) Go to START button

2) Go to RUN

3)Type gpedit.msc and hit Enter

4) Go to Administrative Templates

5)Then Go to Network

6)Then Go to QoS packet scheduler

Now a list appears , then Click  On Limit  Reservable  Bandwidth.

Now Disable it.


7)Then Click on Apply

Thats it finished , then restart your computer and you will certainly get a change in speed..
