How to use inbuilt bluetooth in windows XP or vista

Hi friends do you know how to use the inbuilt bluetooth in windows xp or vista?. No ?, here i will give how to use that one.

Steps :

• click on start button
• then open run 
• type "fsquirt" without quotes
• then click enter

Now you are done , a bluetooth file transfer widget will open and go through the instructions according to it.
